Vice Athletics has developed a Strength Training and Injury Prevention Program designed specifically for 206 Volleyball Athletes.  Owner and Founder, Joseph Palumbo, has been in the field of ACL injury research and sports performance for more than a decade.  From research journal publications to professional level experience, this program is the culmination of his elite training and will focus on the following:

 

1.) Performance and Injury Prevention

2.) Proper Loading and Sports Specific Maneuvers

3.) Explosiveness and Change of Direction

4.) Pre Testing and Post Testing Analysis (i.e. Vertical Jumps, Single Leg Hop, etc.)

5.) Olympic Lifts, Plyometrics, Conditioning and Grit

6.) Nutrition and Recovery
